Service Description

Private class for one hour or 40min personalised 1 to 1 pilates/mobility session followed by 20 min NMT massage. 1 hour pilates class for one person or 2 at €32.50 each! I find in most cases that physical therapy on its own is not enough to regain full range of movement and postural correction. Combining strengthening exercises, gentle stretching and resistance training is a must for recovery from minor injuries and strains as well as improving posture. This private session is designed specifically for your needs.
