Neuromuscular Therapy 45mins €65

Neuromuscular physical therapy is a specialised form of manual therapy in which digital pressure and Muscle Energy Techniques are used to release areas of strain in a muscle. Strain areas are called tender or trigger points, and they tend to be the cause of ongoing muscular weakness and pain symptoms.
This treatment starts with a full postural assessment and muscular tests to discover the root of the pain sensation. The therapist will need to communicate with the client throughout the treatment. Personalised mobility and muscle strengthening exercises unique to the clients issues are prescribed on completion of each session.

Sports massage uses a full range of techniques including trigger point therapy, joint stretching , soft tissue release and vibratory movements. This is an absolute must for people in training.

It should be booked for rest days on your training schedule to speed up recovery.

A tailor made specialised private session focusing on strength and mobility.

This is perfect for injury rehabilitation starting with a full postural assessment followed by a private mobility class for up to 40 mins and finishing with up to 20 mins of hands on nmt treatment.
